Resolved an issue where an applicant whose application had a status with the To Review action saw the In Review greeting message after leaving and returning to their application dashboard, which suggested the institution was already reviewing it. The Submitted greeting message now stays visible until the application moves to a status with the In Review action.

The Messenger inquiry form shown before a chat starts can now collect a visitor's phone number and campus, and either field can be marked required. When a campus is selected, Intended Major lists only the majors linked to that campus, and changing the campus clears a major that no longer applies. Visitors complete the form without leaving Messenger, and existing Messenger configurations are unchanged until the new fields are turned on.

Resolved an issue where Canvas courses did not appear on a student's record when the student's email in Canvas did not match their email in Element451. The Canvas integration now also matches students by School ID.

Application custom fields created and managed by an integration, such as Ethos, Workday, or CFNC, can no longer be edited or deleted in Field Management, which prevents changes that could break the integration. These fields stay visible and can still be reordered, and their values can still be edited on a contact's profile.

User activity rows also stay visible in the duplicate review even when Hide matching items is on, and show a lock icon because all analytics merge into the Master record automatically.
